Return Period

• Customers can return products within 5 working days from the delivery day.

Proof of Purchase

• A receipt, order confirmation, or any other proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Return Process

• Customers typically initiate a return by contacting customer service or using an online returns portal.
• Customers should snap a photo of the defected product & state a reason for the return 
• Once approved by both parties, the return process can be activated. 

Return Eligibility

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Some items, such as perishable goods, customized items, or personal care products, may be non-returnable.
• Products that are not confirmed to actual specification ordered / Out of specification.
• Only trading products are allowed to be returned.
• Customized products cannot be returned /refunded due to the acceptance / buyoff done prior to delivery.

Shipping Costs 

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error made by the vendor.

Refund or Exchange

• The returned item, will be inspected by the vendor and notified to the customer of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Once the vendor has made a decision, the customer typically has no firther recourse to challenge or appeal the decision through the customer service or other internal channels. 
• No further appeals will be attained

Damaged or Defective Items

• If a product received damaged or defective, customers should report this immediately, and the company will refund or replace the item with no extra cost.

Gift Returns

• Gift returns may be eligible for store credit instead of a refund to the original purchaser.

International Returns

• For international returns, return policies may differ, and additional shipping fees or customs duties may apply
